Server logs

We and our web host keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use them to identify visitors.

Our account is set to remove the previous month's archived logs at the end of each month.

Email, hosting and AI

If you email us, we use your message to reply to you.

Namecheap, Inc. hosts our website and email. Both may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States.

We use AI services to help us sort incoming email. The companies that provide these services store data outside Canada, mostly in the United States.
